For macOS 26 Tahoe

Smartboard

A clipboard that sorts itself.

Everything you copy is kept, sorted and one shortcut away, in a pane of glass that drops down from the top of your screen.

⇧⌘C from anywhere. Pick a clip and it's on your clipboard. Try it above.

Everything you copy, right where you left it.

Your shelf, one shortcut away

Press ⇧⌘C in any app. Your recent copies drop down from the top of the screen, newest first. Pick one and the shelf folds itself away.

Sorted as you copy

Every clip lands in its place on its own, and copying something twice never makes a duplicate.

Your own categories

Make categories that work like tags. Drag clips onto them and they stay there for as long as you need them.

Private by design

Everything stays on your Mac. Nothing is sent anywhere, and copies from password managers are never recorded.

Foreword

A note from the developer

Smartboard began as a small passion project. I copy things all day: snippets of code, links, half-finished sentences. And the clipboard forgot every one of them the moment I copied the next. So I built the clipboard I always wanted: one that remembers, sorts itself, and stays out of the way until you need it.

It's made for the developer community first, and for anyone who'd like to get a little more out of ⌘C. No accounts, no cloud, just your Mac.

If Smartboard makes your day a bit smoother, a kind review means the world. And should you decide to buy me a coffee, thank you. It keeps this little app going.
